We thought we should provide you with some alternatives for those mid afternoon or evening cravings, now it is up to you to decide what to do next...

Instead of French Fires, why not try…

Carrot Fries… Fried foods should be eaten in moderation. So why not go for another starchy vegetable for fill your craving. Slice some carrots, drizzle with olive oil, add spice, and bake for about 20 minutes… Try it!

Instead of a Cheesecake, why not try…
 
Cheesecake flavored yogurt… with this alternative you get a fraction of the fat and calories. MODERATION! A 4 oz cheesecake slice has 25.6 g of fat compared to a much moderate .5 g of fat in one yogurt… worth the try!

 Grilled turkey burger. Get crafty by using a leaner alternative turkey. Many supermarkets offer ground turkey meat that can easily be spruced up with spices and green onions, make it your own!

Angel food cake with pudding. Cut your calorie intake in half by choosing angel food cake instead. Get your chocolate fix by adding sugar free chocolate pudding as a topping.

Cup cake. All of us deal with cravings. When you do the baking, you’re in charge of the ingredients. Try using low fat ingredients like egg whites or apple sauce when baking cup cakes or low fat brownies...
